Please be informed that we experience ON and OFF connection around 12:00 AM September 21, 2015. Already checked our Radius server and everything is okay in our end. We called TELUS NOC and according to them they will investigate it. We will keep you posted for updates.
UPDATE 2:00PM SEPT 21, 2015 : There was a PPPoE concentrator outage for some members for ~20 minutes. After the outage a simple refresh of your PPPoE session should restore optimal service. Please note that support tickets are preferred over phone calls as that logs names and associated services for trouble reporting to respective carriers.
UPDATE 6:53PM SEPT 22, 2015 : We found the congestion issue and we are working with telus tier 3 and design engineer on resolving the problem today so we can get telus to distribute the traffic over their many available fibers to us.
UPDATE 1:38PM SEPT 23, 2015 : All reported line issues should be resolvable : if there are any lines with any performance issues, please open a support ticket asap. New "Report Line Issue" button coming to ClientArea ... Multiple members have reported positive result from access concentrator change requests filed on lines.
