Please be informed that as per CRTC Order 2015-378, the following speed tiers will be withdrawn from Shaw wholesale access services, effective immediately.

• Extreme Speed (25 Mbps downstream / 2.5 Mbps upstream)
• Broadband 50 (50 Mbps downstream / 3 Mbps upstream)
• Broadband 100 (100 Mbps downstream / 5 Mbps upstream)

Any orders received up to and including August 17 will be honored, do not re-submit any application that is already in queue. 

Please ensure that all future orders refer to Shaw’s current tariffed speeds only.

• Internet 30 (30 Mbps downstream / 2.5 Mbps upstream)
• Internet 60 (60 Mbps downstream / 3 Mbps upstream)
• Internet 120 (120 Mbps downstream / 6 Mbps upstream)



Please be advised that all speeds above (and including) Internet 30 requires a DOCSIS 3.0 modem.


All current UnmeteredCable 25 members are grandfathered to their existing package and nothing will change ; all UnmeteredCable 50 members will be upgraded to UnmeteredCable 60 @ $5/mo discount & all UnmeteredCable 100 members will be upgraded to UnmeteredCable 120 free of charge : speed change fee waived for aforementioned upgrades.
