UPDATE ( 07/23/2015 4:26:07 ): As per telus, problem is already resolved. Service is already restored. Exact time of Repair is at 2:49am. Telus said their Core router went down (ALL ISPs affected), The SRP cards appeared to be locked-up, chassis require power cycle to resolve issue. If connectivity issues persist : please re-initialize connections or power cycle modems and/or routers. Core Outage Ticket#: 1044423425


UPDATE07/23/2015 1:20:59 ): As per Telus, their Core Router went down and technician are already onsite fixing the problem.


Noticed many of our ADSL customers got disconnected this late evening, I already talked with Telus and they confirm that there is an outage happening in BC.



They haven't got any update of the issue nor, ETA or RFO, but a ticket is already created regarding this issue.

We'll keep you posted.
