UPDATE (July 10, 2015) : Basic connectivity & routing was unaffected during this issue. Devices served properly with alternative DNS information. L2TP static IP members unaffected.
We are currently coordinating with Shaw regarding a possible problem on providing DHCP DNS IP for our Cable customers wherein customers modem is online and getting a valid DHCP IP address on their devices but still cannot browse. Please do try to use Google's DNS IP 220.127.116.11 & 18.104.22.168 as an alternative and check if it will work. If it will work, please get the DHCP DNS IP customers device is automatically getting and file a ticket to in our ClientArea and state the problem with the DNS IP.
