UPDATE (June 11, 2015) : UnmeteredCable & UnmeteredDSL ClientArea Integrations Operating : Line Status, Order Details & IP / PPPoE User Manager. ClientArea served from Los Angeles, CA, USA again.


On Wednesday May 13, 2015 one of our service providers experienced a systems failure across one of their storage arrays : Unmetered Corporation's ClientArea and billing systems went offline. All management data is replicated across multiple geographic regions in real-time safeguarding against data loss even in the event of disaster : although the website(s) providing public management and billing access was incessible the data itself was never in any harm or jeopardy. Unmetered Internet Corporation has moved primary serving of billing and management to Vancouver, BC, Canada from Los Angeles, CA, USA.


All Internet and Infrastructure services were unaffected during this management interface failure. Any late fees will be credited upon request 'til June 15, 2015. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. ClientArea still not displaying service-specific data but invoicing and payments is working.
