Earlier today we had a harware problem on the CipherKey ERX server(s) that resulted in members to have intermittent connectivity. Back end engineers replaced the cards on the server to fix the problem. If you are still having issues please reboot your devices and try to connect through PPPOE.
UPDATE - ~9:00AM May 2, 2017 : Backend Network Techs are working to move to new router now we're very sorry that this problem caused you, all the juniper erx our technician replaced have the same issue we cannot confirm any ETA right now our technician worked all night to try to fix the problem we are changing to new LNS to try to bring users back online we'll keep you posted.
