UPDATE (1:36PM) : All members that directly reported this issue have since noted it remedied.


Since this morning we have been receiving reports of SYNC No IP issue or PPPOE cannot connect for ADSL users. Customers affected are at random places but all are in Lower Mainland. We have been in constant communication with Telus Tiers 1 and 2, NOC and NCSC to resolve this problem as soon as possible. As of now, Telus together with our back end engineers are still investigating the problem. We will be providing update here or reply back to your emails once we have them.
