Starting at 7:30AM we were notified by several members that new PPPoE sessions are not authenticating. After communicating with our carriers the problem has been isolated to a drive failure in a PPPoE authentication server and they are resolving the problem now. CipherKey has notified us it will take approximately 2 hours. Expected resolution ~ 11:30AM PST May 16, 2016.

Management Interfaces : IP / PPPoE Manager & Cable Manager Unavailable
Public Interfaces : Order Processing ( Orders can be placed but AB/BC Cable/DSL new lines can not be setup at present )
UPDATE : Thursday May 26, 2016 : New orders can now be processed fully but a few hundred of our service packages are being re-entered into management systems manually by carrier support staff. Connectivity service is unaffected for these members but the ability to assign IPs and/or change services automatically are not available (service changes may still be requred manaually through a support ticket, chat or call).
