  2. Select the package giving you issues.
  3. Select File a Report on the left.
  4. Fill out the form and send it off.
  5. Support will contact you within 48 hours.

  1. Login and click Services on the left.
  2. Select the package giving you issues.
  3. Select Cable Manager on the left.
  4. Then Technical Support.
  5. Fill out the form and send it off.
  6. Support will contact you within 48 hours.
